This is for my lower level basement suite with kitchenette, private bath & lockable bedroom & living room w/ utube tv, Netflix, Amazon prime, Roku tv The space Double Bed with fresh bedding, large closet with hangers, and full ironing board and iron for use. Private bathroom with plenty fresh towels, shower stall and sink vanity with large closet as well for longer stays:) A comfy chair and ottoman to unwind after long day!! There will be a refundable security deposit that will be discussed and agreed upon for stays of 2 months or longer . Also private driveway parking space for easy come and go. I have a wonderful patio to sit and chill or do work on a beautiful day. I also have a gas grill ready all year long for a good cook out on the run you are welcome to use.
