The ski resort of Kaimaktsalan is 35km away, Edessa with the waterfalls 21 km and Aridea 7 km. The traditional attic is located above the owners' house with an independent entrance, which you can access from a spacious staircase made with non-slip cotto. The space has a bedroom, the possibility of adding a playpen for a family with an infant (free of charge) or a folding bed with a corresponding charge, an autonomous bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen with a fireplace, (where there is also a sofa bed), which offers various amenities (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, Italian espresso coffee pot, kettle and basic household items). Also for your pleasant stay we have free WiFi and smartTV. The attic is made of natural materials (wood, cotto, stone) which integrate you into the warmth and tranquility of the natural environment. On the plot, which is fenced, there are various trees, such as linden, chestnut, apricot, fir, pomegranate, palm, a small vineyard, as well as a vegetable garden from which you can freely taste its vegetables, during the summer months. In the small rock gardens you can see aromatic herbs, such as lemon balm, lemon verbena, sage, lavender, rosemary, mint, oregano, marjoram, some of which after drying we can offer you free of charge as a drink in the winter. For the wider area we can give you information to participate in various activities such as hiking, (usually Sunday in consultation with Aridea mountaineering club, or individually with your company, whatever day you want), cycling, winter skiing (Kaimaktsalan), tennis (Piperia courts) as well as spa (Pozar Baths). For your night out, as well as for your entertainment, you can go to the town of Aridea (5 minutes from the village of Polykarpi). Guest access You can have access to all areas of the plot, except the owners' home as well as the storage areas. You can freely use the barbecue as well as the gazebo, there are also free parking spaces for cars.
