Seperate utilities so no sharing heat or any other utilitiy. The living space for guest is approx. 1000 sq. ft. large windows, open concept, master bedroom is 160 sq ft dining room , kitchen and living room is 520 sq ft. The guest unit is the lower of the 2 units Guest access Patio and BBQ, and possibly back yard Other things to note The master bedroom with 2 twins bed can be used as King bed just need to know preference
