Piedmont Lake Ohio Cabin Rental

Small 2 bedroom cabin in a wooded area just off Marina Road. 1/4 mile to the marina, that gives easy access to the lake. In the evenings you can have a picnic in the pavilion on the property, and roast marshmallows over a campfire. The property is within walking distance to public MWCD hunting area, and a short drive to Egypt Valley hunting area. Great area for hiking(the buckeye trail), fishing, hunting, and generally enjoying the outdoors. We also are on Facebook. The space Full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, crockpot, and most necessary cooking equipment. It also is equipped with plates, bowls, drink ware, and utensils. There is a 2nd refrigerator in the front porch for our hunters and anglers. The large living room has 2 sleeper couches and a futon. This room has a window ac unit, and sliding glass door to the covered deck. There is also a 50” tv with a dvd and vcr player. There is no cable, but you can bring your streaming device to hook up to the WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. 1 of the 2 bedrooms has a window ac unit, and the other one is for the kids. The uniquely updated bathroom has a shower, and does what you would expect from a bathroom. The water for the cabin is well water, so showers should be minimized as much as possible to not overtax the well. Outside there is a private pavilion with picnic table, charcoal grill, and campfire area. Since the cabin sits on a small gravel road, there is virtually no traffic. It seems like you are in the middle of the woods when sitting in the yard, yet you are still just down the road from the marina. For colder nights the cabin has 2 electric wall mounted heaters, and we supply portable heaters as well. New for June 2020, we have added WiFi. Also we have equipped the cabin with a well manager system that alerts guests when they need to increase water conservation, providing guests with plenty of warning before the well would run out. Guest access Our property has a picnic pavilion in the yard, with a charcoal grill next to it. A small area for a nightly campfire, and enough flat ground for the kids to put up some tents and still have room to play. Other things to note Please be aware that the cabin is in well water, and water conservation is expected. We also do not provide linens; so be sure to bring your sheets ,towels, and pillows.
