With ample room for up to 8-12 guests, the Sea View Maisonette features multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living area—ideal for late-night chats and laughter-filled evenings. The home showcases original period features, earth tones throughout, wood flooring and accents, pops of colour, and views over Brunswick Square and the Gardens. It has three bedrooms, a very large living room with dining area that can seat up to 12. It is the ideal location for family gatherings and hen nights. A large fully equipped kitchen and two large bathrooms. It takes up two floors of a large and very elegant Regency building. Please note the beds are zip and link so there are many options as to if you would prefer all single or a mixture of double and single bedrooms. This property has Ultra Fast Fibre if you need a good Internet connection for work or streaming. FAQs 1. What is the maximum capacity of the property? Our spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests on beds, making it perfect for larger groups. It also has two double sofa beds meaning is can sleep up to 12. Many of the twin beds can alternatively be converted to doubles for couples travelling. 2. Is the property suitable for hen parties? Absolutely. Our property is a popular choice for hen nights, offering a fun and relaxed atmosphere for your celebration. 3. Are there any age restrictions for bookings? We welcome groups of all ages, but guests must be at least 18 years old to book. 4. What amenities are included with the rental? Our property includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating areas, Wi-Fi, and essential amenities to make your stay enjoyable. 5. Is parking available near the property? While we do not offer on-site parking we are able to obtain chargeable visitors permits that will allow you to park outside the property and in the neighbouring square. For longer stays we also often have the option of an allocated parking space a 5 minute walk away. 6. How far are we from the beach and local attractions? Our property is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and Brighton’s vibrant cultural attractions, shops, and dining options. You can see the sea from the living room and front bedroom as there is an oblique sea view over the regency square gardens to the sea. The shops bars and restaurants are in the next street. 7. Do you provide linens and towels? Yes, we provide fresh linens and towels for all guests to ensure a comfortable stay. 8. Is the 20% fee for choosing to book via AirBnB included in the price. Yes this extra fee for choosing to book via AirBnB is included. Guest access The entire property is exclusively available to guests. Other things to note Discounts: Please note weekly discounts are applied automatically to the prices. Unfortunately, as the price you pay needs to include the 20% fee for booking via AirBnB further discounts are unlikely to be available when booking here. Please note the property is for booked in guests only. If you are planning on having visitors reasonable requests will not be refused but please let me know as the house has excess occupancy sensors to alert the security company if the occupancy numbers above those booked in use the property to prevent pop up parties. This house has planning permission to be a holiday let. This means unlike most competitor properties in Brighton it is allowed to operate and does not risk being closed down at short notice by Brighton Council under the new C5 planning laws that are now being enforced in the City.
