The space I have available is a finished basement double rooms big enough to accommodate up to 3 guests. Room is an equipped with a sofa bed and a mattress on request . coffee table , and a chair . Guest will have access to a shared bathroom/ toilet Guest are allowed to use my kitchen and utensils . For holiday makers my property is walking distance to bus stops . Also my property is just 10 minutes on the bus to North Spring station . The space Women only No men allowed No shoes upstairs No smoking/drugs/vape/etc Quiet time at 10pm
