Description

Kev's Place is situated in the heart of Kensington Village, an inner city suburb of Melbourne's vibrant west, only four kilometres from the bustle of Melbourne's CBD. I also run a small picture framing gallery business from here, as you can see! The space My place is a classic single fronted terrace house, which upon entry, deceivingly opens to three levels with staircases spiralling both up, to the open lofted area, and down to the lounge and relaxing courtyard and BBQ area. I also run a small picture framing/art gallery business from here, so there is no shortage of interesting, and mostly colorful artworks to appreciate. Guest access I supply a complimentary continental breakfast every morning, i.e cereals, juice, toast, fruit, etc, and ask that you feel free to help yourself to whatever is on offer. The fully equipped kitchen is also available for your use if you would like to prepare your own meals. The laundry is downstairs, and again, completely available. During your stay I live upstairs on premises, and am happy to help in any way required, or, am also completely happy to leave you alone and let you do your own thing. Am fairly adapatable in that way! Other things to note Wi-Fi is free and available!
