Escape to this peaceful quiet couple getaway, located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries on the beautiful St. Joe River. This 600 sq. ft. waterfront one bedroom guest suite is fully furnished, living room, kitchenette, covered deck. Quiet residential neighborhood, minimal traffic, perfect for leisurely walks or bike riding. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals. The space One bedroom suite accommodates 1 or 2 adults. A foot ottoman in the living room makes into a single pull-out bed for separate sleeping arrangements. Suite has a private entrance. Kitchenette has a full size fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, (also drip coffee maker if preferred), toaster, hot plate. Char-Broil Electric barbecue on covered deck. Suite includes coffee k-cup pods, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, and most things you would need. Wifi and plenty of space for laptop either sitting in the suite, or enjoying the scenery while working from the table on the deck. We have a large driveway, with room for an ATV or boat trailer if needed. Please let us know if bringing a trailer. Guest access From the driveway guests can access the suite by stairwell or avoid the stairs by walking up the gravel driveway next to suite using the ramp to access the suite. You can pull up the driveway next to ramp for unloading and loading your vehicle. During your stay guests have access to covered deck with chairs, table, outdoor tv, electric bbq. Guests have use of shared yard with homeowners. During summer season guests have shared use of the dock on the river (access ramp to dock is pulled during off season due to draw down of river levels). Inlet is private use by homeowners. Designated guest parking sign in driveway. Other things to note Our waterfront is the St Joe River; it is a deep-water river to which our property drops off. From past experience and for liability reasons, this River House Suite is unsuitable for children of all ages. No exceptions. Hot Tub is not for guest use.
