Just a few minutes from Lake Maggiore is the spacious apartment with its breathtaking lake view. It has three large partially covered terraces. With the fully equipped kitchen and its 3.5 double rooms, it is ideal for up to seven people and possibly a child. One room is adjacent to a smaller room with a pull-out bed (for two children or one adult). A car is necessary. Up to two parking spaces are available - please reserve. The space Great views over Lake Maggiore - terraces that are in the shade or in the sun depending on the sunshine are quietly located in one of the best residential areas of Pallanza and yet everything necessary can be reached on foot (15 min) - the restaurants are open all year round! An ideal location for sunbathing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, climbing or even big wall climbing! Skiing 50-70 km away in Alagna/Monte Rosa or Macugnaga! Milan and Turin can be reached in 1-2 hours by car! Late checkout is possible for a fee on site! Other things to note We deliberately do not offer Wi-Fi, the mobile LTE coverage is excellent and so far better than the Italian landline! We also offer the apartment for 2 people at a basic price. Here the offer only applies to the lower floor of the one-bedroom duplex. Additional people can be booked on site for €25/day. Bed sheets are included.
