Located 5 minutes walk from the Dynamo metro station, the Tsarskaya Square complex, where my apartment is located, consists of four buildings, the names of which are associated with the Romanov dynasty: Ekaterininsky, Romanovsky, Petrovsky and Alexandrovsky. In 1882, Russian emperors stayed here in the specially built Tsar's pavilion, which has survived to this day. And now you can also live in this beautiful place, where modernity is intertwined with the history of Russia. The space I wanted to create a cozy home environment for you, so that you can have a great rest after walking around our beautiful Moscow. My apartment is quite spacious (40 square meters), it can easily accommodate 4 people. There is one comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Ideal for business trips, small families and couples. There is a second apartment in the next building, if you are more than 4 people you can book both apartments if there are unoccupied dates. Accommodation in a modern residential complex Tsarskaya Square with round 24/7 security and video surveillance. Guest access Only you will live in the apartment. Other things to note Our complex was fully built a year ago. I ask you to understand that the neighbors may suddenly start construction work. Our complex also has a Law of Silence with a complete ban on noise at night. I would also like to inform you that our complex has a Gold 's Gim sports club with a swimming pool, sauna and gym. They sell guest passes there. However, everything can change, this club does not belong to me. If you are going to come by car, please inform in advance. It will be possible to put it in the underground parking (paid service, 700 rubles per day) or use the street parking 40 rubles per hour (subject to availability)
