Home Farm Barn is part of our home, a beautifully converted barn opening on to the courtyard garden. We are down a no through road, surrounded by fields and orchards. It is an ideal place to visit for peace and quiet or perfect time to get together with friends or family for a country stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, kitchen/dining area and sitting room with open fire . With 4 double bedrooms, One bath, two showers and separate downstairs cloakroom - there is plenty of space for all. The space We are Ideally situated for friends and families to get together, for the many wedding venues in the area. Walking distance for Pennard House, wedding venue, and only 10miles from Cadbury Court. We are offering the whole cottage and its spacious facilities (can sleep 8) for £400/night. Aside from countryside and extensive walking, we are very close to Bruton and Hauser Wirth, The Newt in Castle Cary (and The Creamery at Castle Cary station), Bath, Wells and its beautiful cathedral, Sherborne and of course Glastonbury and the festival. Bath, is less than 25 miles away, not far from Street retail village, Millfield school, Wraxall Vineyard, The Mendips and much more.... GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL We are ideally situated for a perfect festival experience. For years we have enjoyed returning to our tranquil surroundings to enjoy some down time, and reboot for the next day. The cottage shares the courtyard garden with us, and we have a large unconverted barn which likewise you would be welcome to share to chill and relax. We are walking distance from the festival, couldn't be easier for an enjoyable festival with a comfortable bed at the end of the day! Anyone staying at our house (with tickets) can access the festival via the village entrance at Pennard Hill. You are welcome to book the whole cottage (8 or 9 people) if you have tickets. We ask you to take the house for the 5 nights, from Wednesday before the festival to the following Monday. For this we charge £2500/night. Guest access The whole cottage is yours for your stay, we have a garden, shared only by us and our dogs (but we also have plenty of other garden we will not be in your space). Other things to note We are sorry but we are not available for stag and hen parties.
