The living room also has a pull out sofa bed that can accommodate a guest. The condo is situated within a 5-10 minute walk to the LRT, University of Alberta, Whyte Ave, Shoppers Drug Mart, Safeway, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Earls and a variety of other restaurant, pubs and amenities. The bedroom and living areas are nicely furnished and the bed is new and higher quality than you would find in a hotel. The quality of linings, towels and facecloths are also of this caliber. I have created an environment that will allow guests to feel like they are at home. This would be an ideal place for people who stay in the area often and for extended durations. It’s conveniently located and so close to the hospital and school that you’re able to walk home for lunch. The living room also acts as an office with a view of the Edmonton skyline and sunrise, making it a great place for a students or someone in the area on business looking to get some work done while at home. If you have appointments or working at the hospital, studying at the University, in town on business or just looking to have a convenient location and comfortable stay this is a great place for you. Please keep in mind that this is absolutely not a place for partying or loud noise. If you intend on using it for that purpose this is not the place for you. LRT, major bus routes, U of A, grocery stores, convenient stores, pubs and restaurants. Everything you can possibly need is within walking distance of the front door of this condo.
