The space The Farm Guesthouse is located on a quiet 50 acre family farm. The farm is currently a cut flower farm with primarily sunflowers and zinnias. In the past, the farm has been a dairy farm and a rhododendron nursery. The guesthouse is a basement ground level unit with a private back entrance on a paved driveway. The apartment has woodland and garden views. Rabbits and birds are frequently seen by guests. The upper level apartment and the larger house are reserved for visiting family and are not part of the Airbnb. The upper apartment is not occupied during booked dates so guests have complete privacy. The Farm Guesthouse is convenient to major highways, local vineyards and wedding venues. Guest access Guests have access to the lower level apartment, the paved driveways, paved parking, and adjacent lawns. Guests do not have access to areas designated as private such as the upper level of the Farm Guesthouse, fenced pool area, farm residences, buildings, greenhouse, or carports. No swimming or trespassing beyond areas listed. No pets on the property. Other things to note The guesthouse apartment construction was completed in 2016. The pool is fenced, do not enter the pool area for any reason.
