Direct access to the beach (no road to cross), apartment completely renovated in 2018, magnificent sea view, including: living room with equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, L-V, hobs, range hood, combined fridge, L-L), bathroom, bedroom with bunk bed, closets. Sofa/convertible bed. Private, enclosed and secure terrace, 26 m² allowing access to Mr HULOT beach. Private parking place and common room for bicycles/boards. Rental available only from Saturday to Saturday The space From the terrace of the apartment you can watch your kids playing on the beach. Access to the beach via the private gate of the terrace. Access also to all shops on foot (pharmacy, bank, grocery store, tobacco/press, bakery ...). The apartment is not accessible to people with disabilities. Guest access Access to the entire house. Other things to note We never pass through the common areas of the residence, we use the private gate of our terrace. This gate, equipped with a lock, gives you direct access to the beach, the small coastal path and the shops of Saint Marc sur Mer located just behind the residence. Duvets, pillows are provided. Please provide the covers (duvets and pillows), dish towels, bath and beach towels.
