Amazing Apartment in Hvar town center with outstanding sea view on "Pakleni islands" for couples/families/friends. The area - 60 m2.Center and local beach near the monastery is (5 min walk with steps). Located in the quiet condominium building, no parties are allowed. Has a double room(ac), and room(ac) for three and a living/dining room with and a fully equipped kitchen( dish & wash machine), 1.5 bathroom. Possible self check in, and luggage storage. We dont have private parking. The space *The main beach near san Frances monastery is a mere 250m down with stairs. Hvar center requires a 5 minutes by foot to a plethora of bars, and restaurants. Groceries are purchased on Konzum main squere. People who want to enjoy in beautifull island are more then welcome in our condominium apartment.We have house rules and neighbours in building so we expect to respect that.Other people who are coming to party we kindly ask to book somewhere else. Other things to note Parties are not alowed. Not suitable for disabled or elderly people as it has steps, otherwise 5min to town-port. Parking is available street above -street parking,free or near bus station(paid parkings )
