'Casetta Eva', our one bedroom apartment, mixes classic Neapolitan and modern. Located on the 2nd floor - with original elevators - of a C1900 'Palazzo' . Set in a tranquil and secure location with public transport close by to visit Napoli & beyond. The space "Casetta Eva" is a spacious self-contained apartment offering a comfortable and secure stay in Naples. Located in a period building, from C1900, it is within a gated development with 24 hour security. Our building is in a raised location, set back from the road offering a tranquil setting, yet close to 2 of the funiculars that run between the historic parts of Naples and Vomero. Located on the 2nd floor and accessed using the buildings original elevators. Excellent location located on one of the main roads that runs right across the hill facing the Bay of Naples, approx 11km. Our area (neighbourhood) is called Chiaia. Within easy walking distance of the apartment are numerous shops (food, clothes, etc), pizza and other restaurants. Nearby are funicular transport links and steps leading down to the central part of Naples. We can be easily reached by public transport (Metro and Funicular) or taxi; 20mins from the train station and 25min from the airport. Very close is the 'Funicular di Chiaia'. Within 5-10mins walk is the 'Funicular Centrale'. Either can be used to connect to the 'Funicular Montesanto' to arrive directly into the Centro Storico (historic centre) also to visit the Duomo (cathedral), 'Spaccanapoli' street and other sites. The accommodation includes: Living room with double sofa-bed and dining table/chairs; bathroom with shower; separate bedroom with double bed; kitchen area with washing machine. Towels and bed linen provided for all guests staying. Washing machine located in kitchen area. Free Wi-Fi for guest use.
