We also provide a desk area with a chair. Bedsheets, blankets, pillows and towels provided (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth per guest) This home has a refrigerator and microwave. This Rental unit is 1 of 3 Rental units on the property. Each rental unit is completely private and has a separate entrance. Each rental unit is completely independent and not share with anyone out side your reservation. However, the backyard is shared spaces and is accessible to all three rental units. There is a home surveillance system on site in the common and shared areas for the safety of our home and our guests. You'll have 100% Privacy inside this home. It has a separate keyless entry. We will provide a personal access code therefore, we do not need to meet in person. Guest can enjoy the home and backyard. Keep in mind, this rental unit is 1 of 3 rental units on the property. That means that all rental units have access to the gazebo and backyard. Garage is not accessible. Street Parking is available for vehicles (See signs for street sweeper days). We are available by text/call or via the Airbnb app to answer any questions. Norwalk located in Los Angeles County was incorporated in 1956 and is part of the Gateway Cities. Motto: "A Connected Community". Founded by Gilbert Sproul. The Sproul brothers purchased 463 acres of land in an area known as Corazón de los Valles, or "Heart of the Valleys". By 1873, railroads were being built and the Sproul brothers deeded 23 acres requiring a "passenger stop". Three days after the Anaheim Branch Railroad crossed the "North-walk" for the first time, Gilbert Sproul surveyed a town site. In 1874, the name was officially recorded as Norwalk. The Sproul House: The Sproul House is a Stick Style Victorian farm house built in 1870 by the founder of Norwalk, Gilbert Sproul. He and his family lived there while he founded Norwalk. His descendants lived in the house continually until 1962 when it was donated to the city. Today it houses the Gilbert Sproul Museum located at 12237 Sproul Street which covers Norwalk history through artifacts, photos, documents and other interpretive elements.
