On a quiet residential one way street, our 2 story brownstone hosts long term stays. Our sunny pied-à-terre feels like home. Carefully selected artwork brings each room to life, while soft furnishings and plants create a homey feel. We are located in Fairmount—a friendly neighborhood where everything needed is within a few blocks. Free street parking and parking lot across the way. The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor patio. The upstairs queen bedroom and 2 twin bedroom share a bathroom with a double vanity and separate shower/tub and toilet. 1G internet perfect for working from home and there are smart TVs located in living room and master bedroom. I am around the corner and happy to stock the refrigerator as needed. There is coffee and tea and spices/baking needs for cooking. There is an espresso maker, drip coffee maker and Keurig. The kitchen is fully stocked for long term stays. This is our parent’s second home boasting an open living/dining room with a renovated gourmet kitchen opening up to an outdoor patio. This home is a perfect blend of homeyness without clutter, chic but not cold and perfect for cooks. We have a 1 Gig Verizon plan and smart TVs in living and master bedrooms. There is a $150 pre-approved small pet fee. The second floor includes two nicely sized bedrooms: a queen in one and two twins in the other with a separately enclosed bathroom in between both rooms with dual vanities and a separate toilet and shower/tub area. Closets are free of personal belongings and for the use of our guests. There is a twin sized air mattress for use in the twin bedroom should there be a 5th guest. There is free 1 hour parking in front of the house 8am-8pm unlimited between those times. One block north is unlimited parking and a $13/day parking lot at the end of our street. The entire two-story house is yours. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking and entertaining. Both bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. There is a European combined washer/dryer in the basement and staples for cooking. There is a queen bedroom and another bedroom with two twin beds. Beds are made with 100% cotton sheets, and all towels provided. A bathroom in the hallway between both rooms has a separate door to the toilet for privacy so guests can use the vanity while someone is showering. There is a twin air mattress which can be set up in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Ironing board and iron in hallway closet. Our family lives right around the block and we are available for anything you might need. Happy to pick up groceries and staples for your visit. Just send me a list and I'll leave the receipt. Within 2 blocks you have access to numerous coffee shops, a book store, dry cleaner, gas station, drug store and Japanese, Italian, Mexican and American restaurants. Neighbors are warm and welcoming. Bus 7 and 48 a half block from the house. Street parking available and an open air parking lot across the street. The popular Indego bike share is across the street as is Philly Car Share.
