Two double bedrooms (with baby bed for main bedroom), one bathroom with shower and a kitchen/living room (with double couch bed). It has two balconies and a terrace, all with lake views, and only a 5 minute walk down steps to a small lakeside beach and lake front walk. We have a private dedicated parking spot. The space Perfect for those looking to escape the modern world, Casa Orchidea can comfortably sleep 4 people and up to 6 people using the double couch bed in the living room and/or baby bed in the main bedroom. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the balcony in the main bedroom, the large balcony connected to the living room or from the terrace below. Free Wifi is included. Ground floor - A new, eat-in kitchen with dining table (expandable to seat up to 8 people), dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker (traditional and Nespresso). It is well-equipped for the cooking enthusiast. - A very bright living-room with fireplace and access to a large balcony for a drink from our bar, lunch or just to relax and admire the lake-view. The leather sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. 1st floor - Master bedroom: with double bed (queen size) with access to the balcony lake-view, with the possibility of adding a baby bed. - Second bedroom (green room): with double bed and charming view of the Strada Regia and the mountains - Modern bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. There is a terrace complete with garden furniture, with stunning lake views. You will have a private parking spot only 2 minutes from the house. The village itself is pedestrian only with free limited parking if you have a second car available in the public car park.From the village car park, you can descend the stairway in only 5 minutes to a small lakefront beach. The C130 bus travels the lake road from Como to Bellagio. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk from the house. Guest access Guests have access to a terrace at the foot of the house with spectacular views of Lake Como. They will also have access to a washing machine and dryer in the cantina downstairs. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down a stairway from the village car park. The village is pedestrian only, with a private parking spot 2 minutes from the house and the use of a small free public car park at the entrance to the village for extra cars. Other things to note Please note that check in time is after 4pm and check out time is no later than 10am. For people with reduced mobility, there are 10 steps from the car park up to the village entrance and it is pedestrian only.
