BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, gym, pool, spa and sauna throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Your keys are in a lockbox at 7 Irving St, Phillip, about 200 metres from your apartment at 15 Irving St. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
