The space Welcome to Steelhead Creek Vineyards! We came to Sonoma County 15 years ago, planted a vineyard and started making wine. We love it here and this is our home. It's a beautiful place and we enjoy sharing this piece of heaven with you. We tend to our sheep and goats. We work in the vineyard, and we love living here. Come stay with us. Your casita is completely private and you will have access to all the grounds and trails, as well as all the wildlife and birds. You will be welcome here. It's beautiful and quiet, and we love the serenity and peacefulness that you will experience while staying here. The casita looks out over our vineyards with a lovely shaded back patio. The property is on the side of Saddleback Mountain with spectacular views in all directions. It is almost totally quiet except for the birds, and other wildlife, with sheep and goats on the hillsides in a peaceful setting. However, you are only 10 minutes from grocery stores, wineries and fantastic restaurants. Come enjoy a little bit of Heaven! Guest access Enjoy sunsets on the observation deck with views of the valley below and the city lights of Santa Rosa at night. Enjoy walks through the woods and hikes up the hillsides. Or, just sit quietly and read a good book while listening to the sounds of nature. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing, and sure to please! The sun rises in clear view from the patio of your casita. A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! Other things to note The casita offers a large bedroom with king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for two (2) guests. For walks around the property, we recommend wearing sturdy walking shoes or boots. If you plan to walk through the vineyard, you'll need to be prepared for uneven ground and some slightly steep slopes. The ground can be rocky, but the vines love it! We further recommend that you stay on the path, road or trail as you take walks. Your pooch is welcome for an additional $100/stay/dog, up to 2 dogs.
