Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Convenience of a second toilet downstairs, next to the laundry. Front enclosed courtyard with garden bed. Due to the staircase, we even provide Infant/Toddler Safety Gates on request. Having 2 young children of our own, we know that your child's safety is paramount. Guest access Entire house except the extension and downstairs ensuite which is undergoing renovations (not while guests are staying). Door leading to the extension from living area will be locked on both sides. Other things to note We welcome your small to medium sized four legged family members too (ie. pets). There is an additional $60 to have them stay. Parkview of Twelftree Reserve which is a family-friendly park equipped with BBQ facilities, children playground, basketball court and plenty of lawn area. Opposite is the FIX specialty coffee shop which serves delicious coffees and light meals for breakfast and lunch.
