Our lovely upper part of the Villa offers 4 bedrooms and/or 1 living room with majestic ocean views. Enjoy all the privacy inside your 2-story town-house. The pool is to be shared with the apartment downstairs (which has got a separate entrance on the other side of the house), from 9:30AM-6:30PM. Walking distance to Ericeira's most famous surfing beach, Ribeira D'ilhas, in about 10 mins & to the village of Ericeira, in about 20 mins. Come, Chill with us* Heating of the building not included! The space Perfect for 8 people, capable of hosting 11 ppl, with extra beds (works well during the warm month of the year). ATTENTION: In the winter one room can be turned into a living room. This two-story apartment shares the pool area with the downstairs apartment. There are two separate entrances! Guest access Visitors have access to the upper part of the house, the pool and barbecue area. Other things to note The Ericeira SoulSurfers Guesthouse has 2 entirely separated entities.
