Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay. The living room features a comfy sectional couch with a pull out bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen tools, and the dining area has a table and chairs for six. Watching movies on the 55 inch tv with sound bar and sub is a great way to relax. Bedroom one has a queen bed, hybrid pillow top mattress, with drawers built in to the bed frame. Bedroom two has two twin beds, also with hybrid pillow top mattresses. There’s plenty of extra blankets and linens in the hall cupboards. The bathroom has a full size shower with a linen closet fully stocked with large bath towels and hand towels. There’s an attached garage with a washer/dryer, and plenty of storage. Feel free to use the Ice chest and picnic blanket in the garage . We will message you with your own four digit code for the front door. Use the code to check yourself in. When you enter the code, the door will unlock, the alarm will disarm, the thermostat will adjust the “stay” mode, and the lights will turn on if it’s dark outside. When you leave simply press the “lock” button on the door lock. The door will lock, the alarm will set, the thermostat will change to away mode, and most lights will shut off. We’re just a few blocks away if you need us. This location is centrally located in the heart of Oakdale. Curb-side parking, right in front of the house works best. There’s a drive way parking spot in front of the garage door that’s good off-street parking if you prefer. The garage is too small for cars but works great for storing your luggage! Fast WiFi included No smoking is allowed inside or on premises. Additional cleaning fee of 200.00 will be charged if there has been smoke in or around the unit. In the master bedroom, say”Alexa, play “Kenny G Holiday”, (or whatever you’d like). Go into the living room, turn on the sound bar, press “blue tooth”, it will connect to the Alexa and will play music on the sound bar and sub-woofer.
