It is well known for its rich gastronomic offering with restaurants serving seafood and other local specialties along with the famous and recognized local wine ”Zlahtina”. There is also a marina with a dry dock. The space Contemporary decorated and regularly maintained and refurbished apartment is located in 500 m from the centre of Klimno and 150 m from the sea. The apartment is decently decorated and fully equipped. It has an extraordinary and spacious terrace with the barbecue. Your host is obliged to register your stay in this property with the relevant authorities, as provided for in the relevant Croatian laws. CHECK IN: On the day of your arrival you can enter the property after 3 p.m. CHECK OUT: On the day of your departure you should leave the property by 10 a.m. Please respect the silence in the apartment building and its immediate surroundings between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. In order to make your vacation and that of those who stay here after you, as pleasant as possible, we ask you to use the inventory and equipment of the house with the appropriate care and attention. During the use of the apartment you are obliged to pay attention to the hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment and to dispose of household waste in accordance with local regulations. During your stay in the apartment you are not allowed to entertain other guests. For your own safety, do not bring into the property any other refrigerators, fans, stoves, heaters or similar appliances into the apartment as they may not match the existing installations and to avoid inappropriate energy consumption. Avoid wasting water, gas or electrical energy. When leaving the apartment, make sure the lights, air conditioner, water, all the windows and electrical appliances are turned off. When airing the apartment, remember that a few minutes are enough. Please do not take any inventory or equipment (silverware, towels, bedding, blankets, umbrellas, etc.) from the apartment. We also ask you not to take chairs or tables from the living room to the terrace or garden - they are intended for indoor use and will therefore be damaged if exposed to the sun or rain. Please remember that you have booked a 3-star self-catering accommodation as shown in the description and pictures. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide clean bed linen, towels and kitchen linen once a week. We provide toilet paper only for the first day. We do not provide personal toiletries or cleaning supplies for the kitchen and dishes, so remember to bring them yourself. We are surrounded by nature and lots of greenery, so be aware of the existence of common insects (e.g. mosquitoes): to make your stay more comfortable, we provide electric mosquito repellent appliances that can be used with all universal mat tablet refills, so remember to bring them along with your anti-mosquito repellent spray or you can find both in our local grocery store.
