The space Located between Felanitx and Manacor, Ca na Pera is a spacious and cozy newly furnished country house, perfect for enjoying a great family vacation. The house has three bedrooms: two with a double bed and a third with two single beds, ideal for the little ones. It also has two full bathrooms, a large living room with a comfortable chaise longue sofa, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning in the master bedroom, in the living room and in the dining room (not in the other rooms). The house also has a fiber optic internet connection, ideal for teleworking or enjoying your favorite series and movies, as well as national DTT television and satellite television. Outside you can enjoy a pleasant terrace for the fantastic summer days in Mallorca, a barbecue area with a gas stove and charcoal barbecue, and a magnificent 8-meter private pool where the whole family will have a great time. What's new this season: This winter we completely renovated the pool and terrace, creating a much more modern, functional and cozy space. We want to inform you that the photos of the pool that currently appear in the app do not correspond to the new renovation — now it looks even better. As soon as the lawn is in perfect condition, we will post the new updated images. Due to recent improvements and the start of the season, the lawn may not yet be in optimal condition. The estate is located in the southeast of Mallorca and, in just 15 minutes by car, you can access some of the best beaches on the island. Although the house is not very far from the road and at certain times some traffic noise can be heard, there are no neighbors nearby, so privacy is guaranteed.
