Very spacious 45 m2 penthouse room in Pinto

It is the full penthouse floor of about 45m2 of a 3-story townhome plus basement-garage. Located in the town of Pinto, 19 km south of Madrid city. Please read the house rules before booking. The space Very bright, it has 2 bedroom areas, one with a 90x200 single bed and another with a 105x190 cm bed, a full bathroom with a 1.20 shower tray, a living area with 2 folding seats, TV, WIFI, mini-fridge, 1.20 desk table, heating and air conditioning, ceiling fan, ... Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air purification is carried out by means of an ozonizer in all rooms of the house before each guest's arrival. The price includes using the washing machine once a week. Additional washes are four euros per wash. Bed linen and towel washing is separate and biweekly for stays longer than 2 weeks, included. Room cleaning, ask according to length of stay. Guest access The guest has access to the common areas: kitchen and backyard. There is 600 mb fiber optic WiFi throughout the accommodation. During your stay The hosts live in the house and are available for any questions. We do not provide keys, so we expect hours of rest to be respected. We provide the guest with a map of the town, as well as information about public transportation to Madrid, Warner Park, shows, and places of interest. Other things to note We offer the possibility of half board and/or full board, as well as take-away food. In compliance with Spanish law, we must inform the Ministry of the Interior of the following guest information: full name, date of birth, identification document number with date of issue, full address, and telephone number.
