Lovely cozy 2 1/2 room holiday apartment, 55 m2 on 2floors in 16th cent. family home above Montreux. The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children. The space La Tranquille is very quiet and only the lovely sound of the fountain in the garden is heard. The view on the Alps and the lake of Geneva is breathtaking. The well furnished sitting room with tile floor is on the ground floor with an open kitchen space with refridgerator , 4 burner gas stove and small electric oven. If needed for a 3rd person, there is a comfortable single bed in the living room area. Steps lead up to the 1st floor to a small hall and fully carpeted bedroom with very comfortable twin beds. Adjacent to the bedroom is the modern bathroom (shower/WC). Guest access Separate entrance and access from the garden to the flat which is on 2 floors (sitting room on the ground floor, bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor). In the living room is an open kitchen area with gas stove, refrigerator/freezer. Other things to note La Tranquille is located on a private road. Parking in front of the house. Possibility to use the garden. Garden furniture. Quiet setting yet only 5min to autoroute and approx. 9 minutes to Montreux.
