Stay connected with satellite TV and WiFi and get caught up with work, reading, or personal projects at one of two desk/work stations while drawing inspiration from the waves and fresh ocean air. King bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the second bedroom. Because both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, the house is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges or young children. Guests have access to the entire house and may use the garage for parking and laundry. As the owner, I will be available by phone. I also have a team of local assistants to help out with any problems that may arise. The house is located on a short, quiet street between Highway 101 and the Pacific Ocean. It is an easy, beautiful walk along Yachats Ocean Road into town for shopping and restaurants or to hiking trails and the attractions of Yachats.
