On the groundfloor there are FREE tenniscourts + basketballfield If you like iceskating, there is an iceskatingrink in one of the malls ! The condominium is next to the CENTRAL PARK SHOPPINGMALL and the TAMAN ANGGREK SHOPPINGMALL and the CIPUTRA SHOPPINGMALL, all in walking distance (2 min./ 5 min. / 10 min. walk) On the groundfloor also are many SHOPS, RESTAURANTS + a SUPERMARKET (Giant) TAXISTAND with lots of taxis, next to the building, and also PUBLIC TRANSPORT nearby. If wanted we can provide FULL BOARD, and this for ONLY 10 US$ per day, per person. !!!! +++ If you have an Indonesian girlfriend or wife, you also can BUY this appartment -fully furnished and equipped- for only 160000 $ it can be YOURS !+++ Next to our condominion is the PULLMAN HOTEL.....over there you pay at least 170 $ up to 280 $ for ONE NIGHT (depending what season), and that in their cheapest standard rooms...... EASY TO CHOOSE I would say......
