There are views toward the promenade & public transport in 150 meters. This bright apartment has parking & you can walk to Artem Center, Woolworths, Rock Pool Cafe Bar and the prom. You’ll love this space because of the location and the light. My fully furnished, air-conditioned apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers & business travel. The space - Uncapped wi-fi - A renovated fully furnished apartment in the Greenpoint / Three Anchor Bay area (minutes walk to the promenade). - Quality white sheets, this might not sound like much but you are guaranteed a crisp and freshly laundered and ironed bedding and white towels for every new arrival. - A high quality double bed - the main reason for your stay is to enjoy a good night's sleep why compromise on this. - Air-conditioning ! This might not sound like a big issue but Cape Town during peak season can get uncomfortably hot, sleeping at night with a fan can be a struggle/ Also in winter the temperatures drop and the air-con in my apartment heats as well. - Open space living room and kitchen with build in stove, oven and extractor fan. - Fast and reliable WI-F that is LTE and not subject to cable failures. - A washing machine and drying rack and built in cupboards - Bathroom with shower - 24 Hour reception with lift available to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located. - A dedicated parking bay behind a secure remote controled gated parking area as part of the complex. Cape Town is busy in season and parking a big issue, here you simply press the button, drive in and you are with-in the complex. - Microwave, induction plate and eco fridge; - Close to public transport (Camberwell MyCiti station is a 2 minute walk); - Shops with P'n Pay and Woolies and restaurants in walking distance all less than 250m. Downlight ceilings, open plan living space with modern appliances, (facing the ocean) where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. This apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the Seapoint promenade and 10 minutes cycling to the city center (there is a dedicated cycle lane) Very convenient with all shops and restaurants closeby. The building has a lift which brings you to the 2nd floor. Great for 1 or a couple. Guest access Entire studio apartment that is fully furnished with aircon, secure parking bay - walking distance from the beach, promenade and Woollies and 24 hour security. Simply move in with everything you will need here, TV, Washing mashine, stove, fridge/freezer, double bed, couch, table, chairs, pots, cutlery, linen and towels. You are also able to make use of my cleaning lady at an extra charge if you want to once a week or once every two weeks or as you feel the need for washing and ironing. She is beyond reliable and a great worker - everything is in place to settle into Cape Town. Other things to note Great area close to the promenade. **Note the following NB. For short term stays: under a week we will provide all essentials, toilet paper, electricity that will be included in your rental and wi-fi For longer stays above 7 days: we will provide an amount of toilet paper of 6x rolls, we will add R 250 per week for electicity, consumption above that will be charged extra, the apartment is cleaned on arrival - if you want a weekly cleaner then this will be and extra charge for the guest to settle with the cleaner subject to the availability of a cleaner and you will need to supply the cleaner with the cleaning chemicals of your choice. Cleaning materials such as bucket, mop vacuum cleaner ect. is already available in the apartment. Please be aware that a cleaner will arrive at 08:00 and have a lot of work to do, wash bedding ect. If you sleep late and only give her the bedding at for example 12:00 then you will force her to work very late and miss her transfer back home - please help your cleaning assistant by giving her access to do her work, if you want clothing ironed to wash and dry this on the rack provided before she arrives for the day. Note that the wi-fi is uncapped but subject to a fair use policy of 300 GB per month, the speed of the wi-fi will reduce if you exceed the usage.
