Enjoy your coffee in the sunshine with the serenity of no other sound but the tuis and native NZ birds alike. Private, secluded & tranquil yet only a 3 min walk to the beach, 15 min drive to titirangi. 35 minute drive to piha. 40 minute drive to the heart of Auckland city. Guest access long driveway with one parking space available. Other things to note No smoking & no pets allowed on the premises. Total smoke free environment outdoors as well as inside. Please note that the BnB is the whole downstairs area of our house, If you are after complete solitude & silence its better to book a hotel or entire property as occasionally you will hear standard living noises from above and have the leaving of cars as we leave for work for the day. This is alike for us above as we are in the same household, by no means though feel obliged to tippy toe around, we want you to be comfortable & to enjoy yourself in your get away. We are very happy, easy going & friendly people :) This is just to make you aware that the BnB is not a seperate dwelling if that is your expectation.
