Very nice apartment, clean, pleasant and bright. Beautiful open and equipped kitchen. You will have access to 1 bedroom + shower room/toilet and living room (balcony). On the 2nd floor. The apartment is close to La Gombe, the heart of the city of Kinshasa, in a residential area protected 24/7 by police + security guards at each building. Beautiful river view from this area, access to several services offered by the river city including access to 2 swimming pools. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, upon arrival we will be on site to help you settle in. Our apartment is located in Cité du Fleuve. Like most places in Kinshasa, Cité du Fleuve may experience temporary power outages. Guest access You will not be sharing the apartment with other tenants, the entire place will be reserved for you. You will have access to 1 bedroom + bathroom/toilet and kitchen/living room (with balcony). The 2 swimming pools of the Cité du Fleuve are accessible to our tenants. Additional options on request: - Breakfast - Car with driver (see "TRANSPORT" section) - Housekeeper - TV subscription ($100) Other things to note The apartments of the Cité du Fleuve operate with a rechargeable electricity card. We charge the card for you upon arrival, but guests may be required to recharge this card (depending on their energy management) if they finish it before the end of their stay. Recharge prices vary depending on your electricity usage and remaining time before your departure. For example, if the card runs out 2 days before your departure, you can add up to $25 for the recharge Possible additional fees: we activate an internet subscription of $30. (30 Giga included in the cleaning fee).
