Diktamon Retreat with Private Pool and Sea Views

Set in the peaceful Cretan countryside near Heraklion, Diktamon Retreat is a private 400 m² villa for up to 10 guests, with five bedrooms, a private pool and panoramic sea, mountain and sunset views. Two living rooms, billiards, an outdoor projector, an outdoor gym, table tennis and a dedicated BBQ area create an exceptional setting for families and groups. The space Diktamon Retreat is a spacious 400 m² villa accommodating up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, six beds and 3.5 bathrooms. The villa has two separate living rooms, each with its own TV. The first features a fireplace and direct access to the pool area. The second includes a billiards table and a massage chair. A PS4, darts and a selection of board games provide additional entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area offer ample space for preparing and enjoying meals together. Wi-Fi with a tested speed of 47 Mbps is also available. The sleeping arrangements are: • Bedroom 1: one double bed and an en-suite bathroom • Bedroom 2: one double bed • Bedroom 3: one single bed • Bedroom 4: one double bed • Bedroom 5: one double bed and one single bed, with a divider separating the two sleeping areas. The bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace and an en-suite bathroom. A third full bathroom and an additional half bathroom serve the remaining areas of the villa. An elevator provides convenient access between the different levels. Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, spacious terraces, an outdoor projector for movie nights, table tennis and an outdoor gym. The dedicated BBQ area includes a charcoal grill, a traditional wood-fired oven, a sink and a dining table. A separate outdoor dining area is available beside the pool. The villa also has a private wine cellar, where wine-tasting experiences can be arranged in advance for an additional charge. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor guest areas, including the private swimming pool, terraces, BBQ and dining areas, outdoor gym and table tennis area. Access to the wine cellar is available only when a wine-tasting experience has been arranged in advance. Other things to note The private swimming pool is unheated and available from April through October. The villa is equipped with independent energy-efficient heat-pump air-conditioning units. A welcome hamper is provided with drinks, local sweets, seasonal fruit and breakfast items for the first morning. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa and is allowed only in the outdoor areas. Airport and port transfers, private van excursions, fridge stocking before arrival, boat trips, car rental, private chef services, massage treatments and wine-tasting experiences can be arranged upon request and for an additional charge.
