The space The building offers a family atmosphere and is very peaceful. It has an elevator, is fully accessible, and does not have a pool. In the communal area there is parking, a hand car wash, and showers. It is located 1,700 meters from downtown Peñíscola and there is a bus stop 50 meters away to go downtown, to Benicarló and to Vinaròs. In compliance with the current legal regulations of the Spanish government, Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, upon arrival, each traveler over 14 years of age will be asked to complete the traveler entry forms and the invoice: valid NIF, TIE or passport, telephone number and family relationship between the travelers if any are under 18 years of age.
