The space ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Welcome to the accommodation "Le Paradis", a cozy apartment within the Residence Calypso, in the peaceful district of Summerset! This accommodation, with sea view, is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and includes a private parking space inside the residence. The communal swimming pool, open from June to September (subject to dates defined by the Management Agent), offers an additional relaxation area. The apartment has a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a cabin bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into a 160 cm double bed, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen, fully equipped, includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. You will also enjoy a bathroom and a separate toilet. Nearby, you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants, Le Couchant shops and a supermarket just a five-minute walk away. You can enjoy various activities: a nautical center, a nighttime craft market, concerts, karaoke, a carousel, and Kangoo Park for children right next door. Although the apartment is not air conditioned, an air freshening system is provided. In addition, it is through and there is also the possibility of making a very appreciable draught.
