MORE ABOUT OUR PLACE Our 35 m2 apartment has a separate bedroom, a spacious and luminous living room, an open-plan kitchen, a small bathroom with a confortable shower & washing machine. When staying in our home you'll be in the Paris skyline, on the fifth floor of a historical Marais building, with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris, a south-facing balcony, and a beautiful light that bathes the apartment from morning to night in all seasons. Like many historic buildings, there is no elevator and you'll have to walk up a 100 flight of stairs to reach our 5th floor, but so worth for the privilege of a morning coffee or glass of wine on the balcony. It's a typical Marais apartment, in an 18th-century building with beautiful exposed beams and oak parquet flooring. The apartment is ideal to welcome a solo travellers or a couple. We do not allow extra travellers. It is also not suitable for children or pets. The living room is spacious, has 2 double French windows leading to the balcony. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa as well as a coffee table, bookcase and a small working desk. The bedroom has a comfortable French double bed (140cm) and a window giving access to the balcony as well. The bathroom/toilet area is rather small but has a large shower and a washing machine that you can use during your stay. The apartment offers great wifi service 1 set of Linens is provided for the duration of your stay (sheets and towels). You'r emost welcome to use the washer in case of a longer stay We provide a mobile air conditioner during hot summer days. ► PLEASE NOTE: The building is not equipped with an elevator It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Do not keep ON and do not leave the windows open while away. Additional Electricity charges may be applied in case of abuse We appreciate TLC for our plants. Please water them when needed A registration form is required by French policy for every stay. This document will be sent to you upon booking confirmation and will need to be returned filled and signed together with a copy of everyone's passports.
