The Widman: The Snowflake Suite

Enjoy your own private bedroom/ bathroom suite in The Widman. Newly renovated, this comfortable bedroom/bathroom boasts a restful queen bed, large office desk and private bathroom. The other spaces (kitchen, laundry, and living room) are shared with 2 other guests. Located in a safe and secure neighborhood, with homeowners on site. Convenient driveway parking, private entrance. The space The Widman is 1 mile from Ogden Regional hospital, 2 miles from McKay Dee hospital and close to shopping, Weber State University, and other conveniences. Mountain biking, hiking, and skiing are minutes away! Enjoy the large shady backyard and your own patio area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking gear, dishes, utensils, cutlery, spices, soap and paper products. Appliances include: refrigerator, microwave, hand mixer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. There are three suites total in this walkout basement unit. Each suite has its own bathroom + bedroom secured by lock and keypad. The shared areas include laundry, kitchen and living room. Also equipped with Wifi, a printer, and office supplies. The owners live above the unit and are on site to help out. (Note: there are no shared spaces with the owners, except the driveway and backyard.) Guest access Private patio area, use of the backyard, one car parking in the driveway. During your stay The owners are above the space and are happy to help you with anything. Cleaners come at the beginning of each month to clean your space (no extra cleaning charge to you other than the initial cleaning charge). If you prefer not to have the cleaners in your space, please use the supplies provided and clean your room and bathroom at the minimum of once a month. Other things to note This is a private room and bathroom suite in a shared guest apartment. Total of 3 people sharing the apartment.
