The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, pots, pans, flatware, and cooking utensils, making it easy for guests to prepare and enjoy meals. We help you keep common spaces nice and tidy for everyone who shares there. Furthermore, we encourage tenants to have at least 2 hours of weekly chores to maintain the common areas clean and organized Our homes are available for booking on a 14-day minimum rental period. Check-in Time: 5:00 PM Check-out Time: 10:00 AM Cleaning fee (to cover general cleaning and deep cleaning upon move out) Private room and bed - $350 per person (includes weekly cleaning of common areas)
