Katuvang B&B: Twin Room w/ T&B Near Basco Plaza

Conveniently nestled in the town proper, Katuvang B&B is walking distance to the Kapitolyo, Basco Plaza, schools and plenty of establishments. It's located on Amboy Street, a stone's throw away from Abad Street, the heart of the town. Surrounded by a lush garden and managed by a wonderful couple, there is no doubt your stay will be a memorable one. You can even freely and safely explore Basco on foot because it's Batanes! The space ~ Conveniently located on the GROUND floor, Room 2 has 2 (single-sized) beds that can be joined together to make it into 1 large bed. This slice of haven is perfect especially if you're coming home from an exhausting day spent outdoors. The ancestral cabinets are available for you to bring some organization to your luggage. On hot days, turn up the air conditioner for a pleasant stay. ~ Attached to the room is a private toilet and bath. Basic toiletries are readily available as well as the hot and cold shower. Go ahead and freshen yourself just as your day is about to start. Guest access Guests have access to the common areas. Feel free to mingle with other guests over breakfast in the dining area. Watch a bit of tv at the living area, located near the welcoming area. Heat up some leftovers at the kitchen. The kubo and garden are the main attractions of the house. Place your laptop on the table and sit by the bench and see if you can get some work done amidst this peaceful environment. If you want to spy on Mt. Iraya, climb onto the viewing deck. Sit at the lazy chairs while you're at it. We won't blame you if you fall asleep. During summer, you can work yourself to getting a tan on the deck. Just make sure you tan evenly :) During your stay Tito Mike and Tita Edna make up the lovely couple managing this beautiful B&B. They'll be the ones to entertain you and keep you company. Tito Mike is a retired banker while Tita Edna is an amiable housewife. Other things to note PLEASE READ: ~ FREE airport transfers, so make sure you forward your flight details :) ~ COMPLIMENTARY daily breakfast ~ Rate is good for 2pax. Additional charge applies for the 3rd person at P750/pax/night. A single-sized mattress will be provided. ~ Room is subject to availability ~ Tours are available upon request but are charged separately from the accommodation. Please inquire ahead of reservation dates (at least 2 weeks before) so we can schedule a tour for you. ~ Please respect the check in and check out times of the homestay. The bedroom and restroom need to be cleaned for incoming guests as well. ~ Cellphone signal is pretty erratic due to weather conditions ~ Smart's LTE is up and working!
