A True Log Cabin Experience Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting space with an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The lounge features a high vaulted ceiling and large windows that let you soak in the tranquil woodland views. There’s a double bedroom, a triple bunk room (with a double bed below and a single above), and a family shower room with a modern touch. Relax on comfy sofas by the wood-burning stove, or step out through French doors onto the raised veranda, where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the stream below. For a touch of rustic luxury, there’s even a Scandinavian wood-burning hot tub waiting for you! Fully Equipped for Your Stay The kitchen has everything you need for a stress-free getaway, including a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. The shower room is tastefully finished with an electric shower, wash basin, and toilet. The shop is also a cafe offering great snacks, cakes and coffees and is also the local post office. It’s opening times vary and is usually closed by 5pm. There is also a social club on site offering a pub atmosphere however the opening times vary and in the winter it is usually open only at weekends. We provide high quality wood for the hot tubs and more can be purchased at the lodge at £9 per pack. This means that tubs will heat up in 3 - 4 hours of instructions are followed.
