A stroll to Rizal Park, museums, the Supreme Court and local to best universities and hospitals. Mall of Asia is a 10 minute taxi ride. Fitted out with quality furniture and appliances. Very comfortable, secure and safe. The space The apartment is a two bedroom with en-suite bathroom unit on the 21st floor with amazing views across Manila Bay. There is a lounge, dining area and kitchen. AC is provided in the lounge and bedroom. Guest access Bedroom, lounge, dining area, kitchen and utility rooms are available for use. You may also use the leisure facilities, including gym and swimming pool, on the eighth floor. Parking is available outside the main entrance to the building in front of Metrobank for 150 Peso per day (payable at reception). This area is watched by security guards and cameras but we can take no responsibility for cars or their contents. Other things to note There are receptionists and security available 24 hours a day. For longer stay guests, fresh sheets/towels can be provided on a weekly basis by request (for a small fee). Alternatively you may use the available spare linens and washing machine.
