Boutique Brooklyn Loft

This is a Light filled, private room in our lovely loft inhabited by my Husband, Alex and I. We are LGBTQ friendly people in our late 20s - mid 30s and we will be here to answer questions etc! We are on the JMZ train line by Kosciuszko and Myrtle Broadway that will get you into Manhattan within 20 minutes. The space You will have a private room with lots of natural light. We have a balcony along with a full access rooftop which you are more then welcome to use! We also have a laundry unit in the basement of the building. For the most part, we live in a quiet space, however i will say this - we are next to the train line and you can hear the trains but not very loudly (unless you open the windows or are out on the balcony). It is definitely there but also has never bothered any of us and we find it very quintessentially New York. The neighborhood is amazing! Lot's of bar's, cafe's, restaurants and art galleries right on our doorstep! :) Guest access You will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, rooftop, laundry and of course your private room! During your stay We are often quite busy so you may go extended periods of time without seeing us. I am more then happy to help with travel questions and tips, however - Just ask! Other things to note We are generally pretty social people and have friends and family over etc (normal), however for the most part, this is a super chilled home and we just ask that if you go out, please do not bring the party back. We Air Bnb our other spare room in the house too occasionally so there may be another guest staying at the same time (or maybe not!) This is not a hostel type situation by any means either and we offer nothing but good vibes and respect. 420 Friendly.
