The space Our home is a studio condominium unit. Sleep in comfort with 2 single beds spread with quality bed linens, an expandable dining table where you can also do your office/school works or simply relaxing watching local channels on TV. HAVE A WONDERFUL AND A SAFE STAY IN OUR HOME! Guest access Self check-in is encouraged for every guest. Proceed to the frontdesk/guard, present your identification card and after verification the key will be handover to the guest. Pool is access is from 7am to 7pm only while the gym is from 7am to 9pm. Pools under go cleaning and maintenance every Monday. ADB Avenue main entrance is closed from 10pm to 6am after which, guests shall enter the Topaz Road entrance (24/7 open) There is no parking slot that comes along with the unit but there are paid parkings near the building like at Robinsons Galleria. Other things to note 1. During check-in, strictly no ID no entry policy is implemented by property management. Only those endorsed by the host are allowed access to the unit. 2. Kindly turn off the aircon unit when you go out for long hours. 3. To avoid inconvenience of repair during your stay: *Do not throw tissue or sanitary pads in the toilet bowl. *Always throw food debris in the trash bin and use kitchen sink strainer during washing to avoid debris getting stuck in the pipes. 4. Throw full garbage bags directly at the provided garbage bin near the service elevator. This will be picked up every 2pm by building housekeeping. 4. Emergency go bag is available in the unit - contains first aid kit and emergency kit. Use it only when needed. "Treat our Home the way you treat your home.
