The House on the Loire side

The space This 110 m2 single-story house located in a fully renovated old model farmhouse, opens onto two gardens, one overlooking the old farmyard, the other overlooking the fields along the banks of the Loire. Ideal for cycling 10 minutes along the Loire on the famous Canal Bridge built by Gustave Eiffel, and 8 kilometers from the prestigious Gien earthenware factory. Not to mention of course the famous castles... The space Two spacious bedrooms (with three double beds) with the possibility of two extra beds in the two sofas in the living room can accommodate 10 people in total. You can all meet together in the large bright living room overlooking the fields, comfortably seated around the stove. Enjoy your stay! Guest access The entire ground floor, 110 m2, is available and with access to the gardens and courtyard of the Rivotte farm. (The first floor is uninhabited.)
