Stylish village home near Bath and Priston

1 The Wheelwrights is a new 3 storey terrace house with amazing rural views. The village of Tunley is 10 mins from the park+ride and 15 mins drive from the centre of Bath. The house is light and airy with fresh decor. There are 2 parking spaces and a private garden. A perfect house for families or groups wanting to explore the countryside by foot or bike and also spend time in Bath. The village pub serving excellent food is a 2 minute walk. The wedding venue - Priston Mill is a 10 minute drive. The space The Wheelwrights has 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is a double room with king-size bed (with small en-suite shower room) and a bunk bed room. This double room has a juliet balcony and enjoys far reaching countryside views. The family bathroom is also on the first floor with a bath and shower above the bath. The third floor is given over to a large double bedroom. This room can have twin beds or a super-king double. There is also plenty of room for the z-bed, suitable for a toddler - young teen. A travel cot is available to use in this room. Downstairs the kitchen has a table big enough for all the guests and essential equipment you will need to prepare holiday meals. The lounge has 2 big comfy sofas and an oversize poof which converts to a large single bed for an extra guest. The garden is private and looks over open fields. An outdoor table and seating provides a perfect place for open air dining. There is side access to the garden and a lockable bike store. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire house. There are 2 parking spaces to the front of the house. The garden has a side gate and secure bike store. Country walks are on the doorstep and the village pub, The King William, is just a short walk away, serving excellent lunches and evening meals. The Wheelwrights is in a great location for guests attending a wedding at Priston Mill - just a short car ride. Other things to note This house does not accept guests who smoke or vape. We can provide a highchair, tall chair for youngsters with little legs and stair-gates. The top bunk is for use by children over 5 years. There are 6 beds available with additional guests on a z-bed, travel cot or large single convertible bed in the lounge. The house is in a terrace of 4. We ask that your are considerate to neighbours when coming and going. It is important to us that consideration is given to our immediate neighbours and those in the village when playing music inside or outside and when socialising in the garden late at night. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY CAR CHARGING AS LEADS WOULD TRAIL ACROSS A FOOTPATH.
