Artist's coastal cottage at Trefin, Pembrokeshire

The cottage is close to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with its beautiful beaches and rocky coves, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love it for the comfy bedrooms, the kitchen, the wood burning stove, the enclosed sunny courtyard leading into the garden, the cosiness and the friendly village nearby with a pub serving good food. The cottage is especially suitable for families with kids and pets, hikers, and couples. PLEASE DON'T USE INSTANT BOOKING - CONTACT ME FIRST. The space Off the front hall is a cosy front sitting room with a wood burner, comfortable armchairs and small television. To the back of the property with access to the garden through large glazed double doors is another sitting room with larger television, ideal as a separate area for children or teenagers. A separate dining room has a hatch through to the kitchen and plenty of seating around the dining table to comfortably accommodate all the guests. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bunk room. There is a bathroom with a shower integrated into the bath. An additional WC can be found along the corridor. There is a large south facing garden enclosed by walls and hedges in addition to an enclosed sunny courtyard which is a safe place for young children or dogs. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bunk room containing a single bunk bed. The cottage has benefited from a complete re-wire in 2024 and extensive damp proofing. PLEASE NOTE we can supply TOWELS at a small extra cost but this needs to be arranged with Emma our caretaker. PLEASE AlSO NOTE WE ONLY ACCEPT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS DURING THE SCHOOL SUMMER HOLIDAYS. Guest access The guests can use all the property and garden. DURING HIGH TO MID SEASON WE DO LIKE TO LET THE COTTAGE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BUT WILL CONSIDER LAST MINUTE SHORT BREAKS IF THE COTTAGE IS AVAILABLE. AT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WE ALSO LIKE TO LET FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 DAYS BUT THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
