Beautiful new private studio apartment above the garage of the main house. Great central Santa Cruz location just 1.5 mi from our sunny, warm Live Oak beaches with easy access to downtown and Capitola. The space We've recently renovated our place, and we think you'll be instantly comfortable here, and will enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer! You will enter through the garden and access the studio via the strairs. Once inside you will notice the openness and airy feeling of the 450 sq ft studio space which has a full kitchen and beautiful modern bathroom. We provide towels as well as linens for the comfortable queen sized bed. A futon couch folds out to accommodate one extra adult or two children. Washer and dryer is available to those staying 5 nights or more. Please note that there is no microwave and no TV though we do have very fast wifi so streaming to your computer is not a problem. Guest access The full studio is all yours. There is one parking space in the driveway ( our house is 100ft off the main road) and tons of on street parking.Note: We ask you to park on the street if your car leaks oil as we just poured a new driveway. Thank you. We provide wifi, access to boogie boards and Wavestorm surf boards. Ask us about where to surf on any given day. We know the best spots for the current conditions. Other things to note We are a family of four with two teenage kids and a chocolate lab 'Riley'. He may greet you with a loud bark but is very friendly so fear not.
