Welcome to Marichu's place, located in the 32nd floor of Horizons 101—the Cebu’s most modern and tallest building. Centrally located in the heart of uptown Cebu along the General Maxilom Avenue, the condominium is within a walking distance from shopping malls, bars and restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, banks, and hospitals. While in residence, my local co-host, Ms. Tess Belarmino and her team, is available 24/7 to assist you with anything that you need for a comfortable stay. The space This 22-square meter studio unit is equipped with kitchen facilities, wifi, cable TV, air conditioning unit, hot-and-cold shower, toilet bidet, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, electric water heater, and crockery and utensils. The hairdryer and iron is available upon request. Guest access For your safety, the elevator is a key-card access only. Please make sure to carry the key card when stepping out of the building. You will also have access to a well-maintained swimming pool on the 9th floor daily except on Mondays as it is closed for general maintenance. Other things to note We respect your privacy, and will not enter your room for cleaning. Should you require additional toiletry, new towels, etc., please contact the local host team and they will be more than happy to assist. Garbage bin for garbage disposal is located at the exit right next to the unit. Any additional cleaning required within the stay maybe arranged at an extra cost of Php 400 per cleaning, and is done preferably with the presence of the guest. We kept the unit clean and well-maintained for your comfort. Please respect it as your own while in residence, so we can maintain and extend the same comfort to other guests staying after you.
