Thistledene is a 5-bedroom house ideal for families and groups of friends. We are on a 4 minute walk from the centre of Braunton and it's fantastic shops, bars and restaurants. The space Thistledene is a family friendly house ideally located 4-minute walk from the centre of Braunton and its fantastic shops, bars and restaurants. A 10-minute drive to the beach and a 3-minute cycle to the Tarka trail. The main house has two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. The house has one large bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, fully equipped Kitchen & utility space / Surfboard storage area. In addition to the rooms in the main house, there are also two large en-suite bedrooms to the rear of the property that are accessible without requiring access to the main house. The two annexe rooms can be set up as a twin or a superking bed configuration (please specify when booking). These en-suite rooms are usually available to rent outside of the summer holidays on basis. Copper room has been refurbished during February 2022. Guests will have access to the private walled garden which benefits from day long sunshine (when it's sunny) and shelter from the wind. The garden has an 8 person hot tub and raised seating area with Webber BBQ. The house has a heated outdoor shower and hosepipe for guests to rinse down after the sea or a dip in the hot tub. The house has off Road parking for five cars, space to store bikes and plenty of space to store surf equipment. Access to the rear of the property is down the side of the house.
